    Job Description:

    Job Overview

     

    Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements. As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. This position works a Day Shift schedule.

    Essential Functions:

    + Assist team members in meeting customer quality and schedule requirements.

    + Facilitates participation from team members.

    + Provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met.

    What your background should look like

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Four or more years of Manufacturing Team Leader assembly or cable experience.

    + Leadership skills,

    + Good human relation skills,

    + Good presentation skills,

    + Problem solving skills,

    + Organization skills,

    + Knowledge of Just‑In‑Time manufacturing techniques.

    + Able to perform production line responsibilities

    + Good understanding of all assembly or cable tools and equipment

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,100 – 66,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

    • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

    • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
