Opportunity overview:
Manage the Semi Test Demand Management team which includes:
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Demand Managers supporting the Compute, Power, and Memory business units, providing strategic direction and support as they develop robust demand plans tailored to evolving customer needs and business objectives.
+ Drive continuous demand plan optimization, ensuring the team maintains accurate, up-to-date plans that reflect business dynamics and market changes.
+ Champion the strategic instrument demand planning process (Instrument Strategy Review – ISR), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
+ Supervise product lifecycle management, guiding the team through legacy product transitions and the integration of new products into high-volume planning environments.
+ Direct the team’s participation in the quarterly excess and obsolete (E&O) process, ensuring proactive management of inventory and alignment with financial objectives.

+ 5-10 years of progressive experience in demand planning or supply chain management within a dynamic business environment.
+ Comprehensive understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) principles and best practices.
+ Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of driving process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
+ Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and Advanced Planning tools (such as Rapid Response / Kinaxis).
+ Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and skills advancement.
+ Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for prioritizing competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Control, or a related field.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $146,300-$234,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
