Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $45.38 - $68.07 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Candidates must reside in Colorado or an approved nearby state to be eligible for consideration. Regional travel is required.
This role partners closely with the UCHealth Community Connect Leadership team to lead Community Connect affiliation implementations. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in clinical informatics and a proven track record of leading Epic-based clinical change management initiatives. This position is responsible for guiding the implementation and ongoing support of the Epic EHR across new affiliate clinics, hospitals, surgery centers, and other provider organizations. Success in this role requires deep Epic Ambulatory expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clinical and operational teams.
Summary:
Performs the advanced analysis, design, and support of clinical information systems, processes, and structures to support the practice of nursing and related clinical disciplines.
Responsibilities:
+ Leads and assists with the planning, design, and support of assigned systems, in an advanced manner with more complex scope.
+ Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s) in an advanced manner with more complex scope. Provides guidance to other analysts on the build of the assigned system(s).
+ Provides advanced analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Uses the analysis output to recommend scope for projects, optimization, and upgrades for assigned system(s).
+ Provides advanced training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues, designs solutions for, and recommends steps to prevent, recurrences to other analysts, in an advanced manner with more complex scope.
+ Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
+ State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
+ 5 years of clinical nursing with experience working with or supporting information systems.
Preferred:
+ Epic Ambulatory experience
