You will be the Finance Analyst for the Tactical Strike Missiles Finance Team\. Our team is responsible for delivering precise financial management and analysis to support missile program success\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting across the Tactical Strike Missiles portfolio\.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and maintain long‑range planning \(LRP\) models for the business area\.
+ Prepare and present financial performance metrics to senior leadership\.
+ Support Contract Status Review \(CSR\) processes with accurate financial data\.
+ Assist in budget creation, funding profiles, and variance analysis\.
+ Monitor expenditure records and coordinate funding requests with government agencies\.

Basic Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's degree
\- Finance experience / background
\- MS Office experience \(Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint\)
Desired Skills:
\- Bachelor's degree focus in Finance/Business
related field
\- Three or more years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 1 or more years with a
master's
\- Ability to function with a variety of inputs
\- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
\- Experience with Earned Value Management
Systems \(EVMS\)
\- Self\-starter, organization skills and shows
initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
\- Ability to build strong interdependent business relationships with key customers

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
