    Responsibilities

    Lead CT Technologist leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or staff. Supervises staff in the absence of manager/director. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline. The Lead CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The Lead CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS. The Lead CT Technologist is responsible for ACR image submission and works with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of this process.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

    1. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

    2. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.

    3. Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

    4. ARRT-CT Certification is required.

    5. Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

    6. Proficient computer skills.

     

    Pay Transparency

     

    Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $43.05 to $57.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
