Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is expanding our surgical team and seeking a talented and motivated General Surgeon to join a growing team of providers. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute not only locally in Stuart and the Treasure Coast region, but also to support our upcoming expansion into neighboring regions — including our new facility in West Palm Beach and the future Palm Beach Hospital.

Practice Focus & Responsibilities

+ Join a vibrant General and Specialized Surgery Division offering a full spectrum of cases: minimally invasive procedures, robotic-assisted surgeries, complex GI and oncologic surgeries, bariatric, and emergency surgical care.

+ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary model working with gastroenterologists, colorectal surgery, oncology, endoscopy, and other specialties to deliver seamless patient care.

+ Opportunity to engage in both inpatient and outpatient care and contribute to institutional expansion into new facilities and growth programs across Palm Beach County and Cleveland Clinic Florida network.

Compensation & Benefits

+ Competitive base salary with wRVU bonus opportunity

Ideal Candidate

+ Board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon with strong interest/experience in minimally-invasive and complex GI/general surgery cases

+ Collaborative mindset and ability to engage in a team-based care environment, supporting growth and institutional expansion

+ Comfortable with evolving practice settings — opportunity to support both established hospital services and future planned sites
