About the Role
As a CBRE Cash Management Analyst, you will facilitate daily treasury operations, provide accurate cash reporting, and assist with bank account management, administration, and select risk management activities.
This job is part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Treasury function. They are responsible for cash management activities such as reconciliation and bank account reviews and ensuring designated payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner.
This role collaborates closely with the accounting teams and banking partners to ensure timely completion of key tasks, providing clear communication and critical customer support to internal and external business partners. The role also leads and enhances internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures.
What You’ll Do
+ Maintain bank account information, access logs, and other records.
+ Assist with bank account lifecycle activities including account opening, KYC documentation, maintenance, and closures. Confirm business continuity and legal requirements are compliant.
+ Lead and support treasury operations and process improvement initiatives focused on cash management.
+ Assist project teams with technical issues and provide advice and solutions
+ Upload fraud prevention files and identify exceptions within the files and perform daily fraud prevention reviews and quarterly fraud service reviews.
+ Review documentation and authorizations to approve wire transfers. Escalate discrepancies to release funds and perform dual‑control payment processing for authorized electronic payments including wire transfers, ACH, international, check, and tax payment types.
+ Monitor daily cash flow and perform monthly analysis of bank fees.
+ Maintain bank accounts within ERP systems and treasury workstation platforms and support payee setup and maintenance under dual‑control requirements.
+ Research bank account activity and resolve cash‑related inquiries and variances.
+ Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury audit and compliance reports for review.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Need
+ Preferred Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university with 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
+ Requires knowledge of financial and treasury terms, principles, and cash management practices.
+ Understanding how to read an org chart with ownership percentages, knowledge of KYC requirements to open all types of accounts and annual KYC maintenance. USD and non-USD bank KYC would be preferred.
+ Requires intermediate problem‑solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to effectively present information and provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous customer service to internal and external partners.
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Teams).
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset and strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
+ Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and conduct intermediate financial and business analysis, including report preparation.
+ Knowledge of financial markets and treasury instruments and the ability to review and summarize financing‑related documentation.
+ Familiarity with bank online platforms (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo), Treasury Workstation tools, and ERP systems is a plus.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the senior cash mgmt. clerk position is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the senior cash mgmt. clerk position is $53,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
