Delta’s International Enablement team is focused on driving global alignment and empowering Delta and its’ partners to deliver exceptional experiences. This team serves as the central point of engagement across Revenue Management, Loyalty, Alliances, IT, and international partners, owning a cohesive international development plan and centralizing backend delivery.
The International Enablement team is seeking a Product Manager to drive enterprise-wide tradeoffs to deliver scalable solutions and translate business strategies into technical roadmaps. This role will involve becoming a subject matter expert in Delta’s technical systems as well as understanding how these systems align with our Partner’s technical roadmaps. You will need to be able to create a cohesive international strategy and generate a centralized backlog of priorities while working with multiple partners on alignment.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute enablement strategies that support Delta’s international growth and partner success
+ Serve as a liaison between Delta and global partners to ensure alignment on technology integration, and customer experience goals
+ Create and own the international technical roadmap and centralized backlog
+ Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to implement scalable solutions for international operations and partner engagement
+ Evaluate enterprise-wide tradeoffs and make decisions that optimize reliability and partner outcomes
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing to challenge the status quo
+ Can cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to build good connections within Delta’s commercial and IT departments, as well as with external vendors
+ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and support complex systems, integrations, and data flows
+ Ability to develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercial organizations and IT, from ideation to implementation
+ Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Delta’s organization
+ Strong analytical and data skills
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Working knowledge of airlines and airline tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred
+ Experience leading multiple projects with limited supervision and making well-informed priority tradeoffs
