Club Manager Anytime Fitness | Full-Time Opportunity About the Opportunity Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: • Energetic, positive, and adaptable • Organized and reliable • Experienced in sales & leadership; knowledgeable about fitness • A self-starter who takes ownership • Coachable and open to feedback, who holds themself to a high standard & operates with integrity • Clear and professional in communication • Humble yet confident when leading their team and interacting with members • Growth-minded and eager to keep learning Key Responsibilities • Grow and maintain the membership & training business through a variety of avenues, including but not limited to phone prospecting, social media, and in-person conversations • Timely & effective communication with members, prospects, & the rest of the team; regular communication & partnership with senior leadership • Creation and execution of business plans • Maintain a sparkling clean, welcoming environment • Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience • All other duties as assigned Requirements • Sales experience required • Personal training or other fitness experience strongly preferred • Leadership experience strongly preferred • Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain one upon being hired • Evening & weekend availability; our managers work Mon-Thurs + Saturday • Occasional travel is required (onboarding, monthly all-manager meetings, etc) Compensation & Perks • Base salary ($40-50k) with opportunities to earn bonuses • 401k with match • Health insurance reimbursement available • Ongoing education and mentorship • Access to *free* CEC credits for those with training certifications • Opportunities at multiple nearby Anytime Fitness locations – we prefer to promote from within!
