Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Contract Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Business Management group supporting the Chief of Staff and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Manage and maintain internal SharePoint sites ensuring content is clear, structured, and up to date.
+ Align communications and updates with established Rhythms of Business (ROB).
+ Track and report engagement metrics; create dashboards to support decision-making.
+ Design and execute employee programs from concept through delivery.
+ Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely execution and resolve risks quickly.
What’s Needed?
+ 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience handling multiple initiatives.
+ 5+ years of SharePoint content management and internal communications experience.
+ 5+ years of multimedia experience (visual communications, decks, videos).
+ Strong organizational and written communication skills.
+ Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for productivity and workflow efficiency.
