    Ink Room Technician – 2nd Shift

     

    Our client in **Morganton, NC** is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented **Ink Room Technician** to join their growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a clean, safe manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit!

    What you’ll do:

    + Support ink room and press operations

    + Formulate, blend, and organize inks for press runs

    + Perform press-side color matching and operate color computer systems

    + Manage ink inventory and return unused inks properly

    + Coordinate job setups and assist as needed

    What we’re looking for:

    + Experience with solvent inks preferred

    + Strong color-matching skills and knowledge of inks/films

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with IMS

    + Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills
