    Our client, **a leading LNG and energy infrastructure operator** , is seeking a **Maintenance Scheduler** to join their team. As a **Maintenance Scheduler** , you will be part of the **Maintenance & Reliability Department** supporting **Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **excellent communication skills** , and **the ability to prioritize effectively** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Scheduler

    **Location:** Sabine Pass, TX

    **Pay Range:** To be discussed

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Schedule maintenance & reliability programs and create project/outage schedules

    + Develop job packs and coordinate work orders with Operations and Maintenance personnel

    + Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly look‑ahead schedules for maintenance and upgrade work

    + Identify material requirements and coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors

    + Generate KPI reports focused on schedule compliance, regulatory maintenance, and trend analysis

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of maintenance experience using **SAP** in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities

    + **Prometheus** experience (required)

    + **Primavera P6** or MS Project experience (required)

    + Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes

    + Must have a **TWIC card in hand** and a valid state driver’s license
