    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant I to join their team. As a Human Resource Assistant I, you will be part of the HR department supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Human Resource Assistant I

    **Location:** Geneva, AL

    **Pay Range:** $20

    **Shift:** 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Temporary position 30-90 days

    + Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees

    + Support HR team with employee inquiries and HR-related questions

    + Utilize HR systems such as Workday and e-time for payroll support

    + Maintain and organize employee files and documentation

    + Help prepare communications and administrative support tasks

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and employment laws

    + Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
