    Our client, a government agency specializing in healthcare regulation, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. You will be part of the project management and technical support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

    **Location:** El Dorado Hills, California (Remote work available)

    **Pay Range:** up to $65 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop a comprehensive understanding of project objectives, priorities, and procedures related to the IAM initiative.

    + Provide timely and flexible business analysis support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including proof of concept and potential RFI processes.

    + Facilitate data collection, work sessions, and document reviews to capture and refine business requirements and user stories.

    + Track solution requirements and utilize software tools to ensure traceability through design, configuration, and implementation phases.

    + Participate in test planning, training, execution, and reporting activities to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as a business analyst on large-scale projects within California State Agencies or Departments, with a project budget of at least $10 million.

    + Proven experience facilitating end-to-end business and solution requirements processes, including design workshops and stakeholder approvals.

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (additional 4 years of relevant work experience).

    + Experience working within waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.

    + Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Okta, Auth0, or similar platforms.
