Our client, a **global healthcare and life sciences analytics organization** , is seeking an **Active Data Analyst 3** to join their team. As an Active Data Analyst 3, you will be part of the **Data Quality & Engagement organization** , supporting **client-facing data quality and analytics teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Partner closely with the Engagement Lead to support all aspects of customer data quality for assigned client business areas
+ Support data quality projects using available tools to adjudicate data issues and ensure defined SLAs are met
+ Introduce KPIs, metrics, and data health checks to enable ongoing data quality management
+ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve data ingestion (ETL), business rules, and match rules impacting data quality
+ Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues using complex SQL queries
What’s Needed?
+ Strong experience in **data quality management and analysis**
+ Proficiency in **SQL** , including writing complex queries
+ Experience with **Reltio** and **Databricks**
+ Knowledge of **ETL processes** , business rules, and match rules
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and resolutions to client stakeholders
