    _Job Description:_

    As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you’ll join a dynamic team in Walton, KY for An 8-month paid opportunity. This role is perfect for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain while learning the ins and outs of the beauty industry. You’ll work on challenging projects, collaborate with top talent, and gain exposure to senior executives-all while solving complex problems and optimizing ways of working through tech.

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    + Inventory Management & Planning: Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations.

    + Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

    + Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the teams success.

    + Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands-on experience.

     

    We Are Looking For

    You’ll thrive in this role if you:

    + Have recently earned a Bachelors or Masters degree (0-2 years of experience).

    + Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering, computer science, or supply chain degree is a plus).

    + Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

    + Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.
