    Job Description

    Turndown Attendant is responsible for making lasting impressions on our guests by ensuring the guest’s room is clean, attractive and welcoming at all times.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed and warmly greet all of our guests.

    + Offer assistance and information to our guests.

    + Clean guest rooms according to Omni’s standards for Room Attendants.

    + Provide water and ice to guests.

    + Offer guest towels, pillows and other services/amenities.

    + Change linens, turn-down bed.

    + Attend required department meetings and company training.

    + Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.

    + Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.

    + Complete other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    + Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.

    Working Environment:

    + Interior of hotel with daily travel around property.

    + Exposure to hazardous chemicals.

    Tools & Equipment:

    + Cleaning supplies

    + Personal protective equipment
