    Adecco is hiring immediately for an **OEM Inspector – 2nd Shift** with a local client in **West Chester, OH!** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

     

    + **Pay:** $ 21.53/hr + 15% shift differential

    + **Shift/Hours: Onsite**

    + 2nd - Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am

     

    The OEM Inspector is responsible for performing inspections and tests on materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical documentation, and proficiency in precision measuring tools.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine inspections, tests, and measurements on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.

    + Compare inspection results against company quality standards and specifications.

    + Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, irregularities, or nonconforming conditions.

    + Accurately document inspection results on inspection forms, logs, and charts.

    + Report defect findings and quality issues to supervisors and quality personnel.

    + Use precision measuring equipment including:

    + Micrometers

    + Calipers

    + Height gages

    + Indicators and other standard inspection tools

    + Interpret and follow blueprints, operation sheets, work instructions, and quality procedures.

    + Handle and lift parts of varying weights, both assisted and unassisted, as required.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Previous quality inspection experience preferred.

    + Experience in auto or aerospace manufacturing

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.

    + Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

    + Ability to lift and move materials as required.

    Work Environment

    + Manufacturing/production environment.

    + Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.

    + Exposure to machinery and production equipment.

    **Pay Details:** $21.53 per hour
