    **Days/Shifts:** M-F 8am-5pm (occasional weekends)

     

    About the Role

     

    Join Washingtons leading belt fabricator and distributor as a Belt Technician and play a key role in fabricating and installing conveyor belts and related products. This position involves hands-on work both in-house and at customer sites. If you have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!

    What You’ll Do

    + Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and components.

    + Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting.

    + Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area and fulfill sales orders.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies.

    + Ensure safety for yourself and others while operating tools and equipment.

    + Detect and report defective equipment, materials, or unusual conditions.

    + Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations.

    + Represent Belt Power professionally at all times.

    + Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong mechanical background and aptitude.

    + Ability to interpret and verify precise measurements using a tape measure.

    + Basic math and computer skills.

    + Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

    + Adaptability to changing situations.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
