Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with experience in a manufacturing environment to join our team. This role involves managing financial reporting, month-end close activities, and ERP system operations while driving process improvements and supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Complete month-end close activities and reporting, including coordinating and updating business results, supporting audit inquiries, and conducting financial analysis.

Manage P&L and balance sheet activities, including:

Product cost accounting

Absorption and direct hours analysis

Operational cost tracking

Inventory controls, cycle counts, aged WIP

Standard cost roll-ups, job closures, variance analysis, and material loss tracking

Own Oracle ERP system processes, including:

Standard cost review and cost roll-up

BOM (Bill of Material) and engineering routes analysis and updates

ERP support for cross-functional teams

Assist Lead Finance Specialist with process improvement projects to streamline reporting and analysis.

Support ad hoc requests related to data analysis and financial reporting.

Required Skill

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2+ years of financial analyst experience in a manufacturing environment.

ERP system knowledge (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
