Warehouse Associate
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable **Warehouse Associate** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized environment, and thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
What You’ll Do
+ Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility
+ Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting of products
+ Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
+ Follow the **7S program** to maintain a clean and organized workspace
+ Work safely and efficiently to protect yourself and your team
What You Need to Succeed
Required
+ Experience operating material handling equipment
+ Ability to:
+ Lift up to **50 lbs**
+ Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
+ Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
+ Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
+ Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
+ Work in **hot or cold** warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications
+ Availability for flexible scheduling and possible overtime
+ **1 year** of warehouse experience
+ Experience using handheld scanners
+ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
+ High school diploma or equivalentMust have reliable transportation to Spanish Springs
**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
