**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00/1:00 AM | Rotating weekends

**Salary:** $80,000 – $120,000 DOE

**Relocation Assistance:** Available

Position Overview

Lead and coordinate multi-shift production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role oversees Production Supervisors and a diverse hourly workforce to ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily production performance, yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization

+ Lead and support Production Supervisors in executing schedules and operational priorities

+ Adjust staffing and production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives

+ Champion safety, ergonomics, and injury prevention through training and accountability

+ Ensure compliance with sanitation, quality, USDA, and company standards

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational flexibility

+ Conduct regular line meetings to reinforce expectations, policies, and performance goals

+ Maintain operational readiness and support future capacity planning

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree **or** equivalent experience

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments

+ Proven experience training, coaching, or mentoring supervisors or teams

+ Proficient with timekeeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office

+ Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Skills

+ Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, yields, and efficiency optimization

+ Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP requirements

+ PLC very strong understanding

+ Bilingual skills a plus

+ Effective communicator with strong leadership presence

+ Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
