Description We are looking for a talented and innovative Digital Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Diego, California. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in graphic design, web development, and WordPress administration, with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design strategies that align with B2B SaaS marketing objectives while introducing fresh, innovative ideas.

• Produce high-quality visual designs that reflect established brand identity and strategic goals.

• Design, test, and maintain website content using WordPress and Elementor.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute diverse design projects.

• Prioritize and manage design assignments based on company needs and stakeholder input.

• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets for efficient use across the organization.

• Contribute to product development by providing design support as needed.

• Ensure all design projects meet industry standards and are optimized for all devices. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design for B2B SaaS or marketing agencies.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Skilled in creating and editing WordPress pages, particularly using Elementor.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Familiarity with design best practices across devices and platforms.

• Effective communication and presentation abilities to share creative ideas and deliverables. Innovation starts with people.®
