Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Petersburg, Virginia. This is a contract position where you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer support within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Handle outbound calls to address customer needs and follow up on requests.

• Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate data entry in the system.

• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and escalate complex problems as needed.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service.

• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues for process improvement.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.

• Stay updated on product information to assist customers effectively.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.

• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry processes is a plus.
