    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lake Forest, Illinois. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of mail processing, distribution, and related office support tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.

    • Process outgoing mail, ensuring accurate labeling and timely dispatch.

    • Deliver mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.

    • Assist with setting up and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and events.

    • Provide general office support, including organizing supplies and maintaining a clean

    The hourly salary range for this position is $17.00 to $17.50. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
