Description
Our client is seeking an organized, service-minded HR Coordinator & Front Desk Specialist to support their human resources team and serve as the professional first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. This hybrid role blends HR coordination, administrative assistance, and front desk responsibilities to help streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver administrative support to the HR team, including managing data entry, preparing documents, and maintaining organized files.
+ Address routine employee inquiries and requests, ensuring timely escalation of complex issues when necessary.
+ Administer the sales permit process by handling applications, renewals, tracking, and all compliance-related documentation.
+ Collaborate with People Development to register employees for training, assist in setting up courses, and keep precise records of training activities.
+ Manage the front desk, acting as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors.
+ Ensure employee records in HR systems are updated, accurate, and handled with strict confidentiality.
+ Assist with the execution of HR projects and initiatives to help achieve timely and efficient outcomes.

+ Approachable, patient, and focused on delivering excellent service.
+ Has a proven background in multi-functional roles.
