    Senior Advice Strategist (CFP® or Series 65)

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a client‑focused advisory team delivering sophisticated, fully integrated financial plans across tax, estate, insurance, and investment disciplines. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with advisors and cross‑functional partners to craft strategies, prepare planning materials, present recommendations, and help deliver a high‑touch client experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Partner with advisors to prepare and deliver client‑facing advice and planning materials.

    + Lead advanced plan development, including cash‑flow modeling, tax strategies, insurance analysis, and estate planning.

    + Present financial strategies and recommendations to clients alongside advisors.

    + Leverage and optimize planning software, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and client experience.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

    + CFP® or Series 65 (required)

    + 5–7+ years of financial planning experience

    + Strong technical knowledge across tax, estate, retirement, and insurance

    + Mastery of financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly and build trust quickly
