    We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This Finance Manager role is ideal for candidates who excel in financial planning and analysis, profitability evaluations, and supporting supply chain finance operations. Based in the Greater Philadelphia Region, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial objectives while collaborating with a dynamic team.

    • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize financial performance and cost management.

    • Lead forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    • Provide profitability analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

    • Monitor key performance metrics and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

    Requirements

    Other requirements for the Finance Manager position include and are not limited to:

    • Proven experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting.

    • Strong expertise in building and utilizing financial models.

    • Proficiency in conducting in-depth financial analysis and forecasting.

    • Solid understanding of supply chain finance principles.

    • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data.

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
