    We are looking for a skilled Payroll Tax Supervisor to join our team in Summit, New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee payroll tax processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing payroll for large employee groups, including multi-state filings and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the processing and payment of payroll taxes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Oversee the preparation and filing of W-2 forms, maintaining compliance with regulatory deadlines.

    • Handle multi-state payroll tax reporting and filings, including 941 forms.

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve tax-related issues.

    • Utilize ADP for payroll processing and reporting tasks.

    • Monitor payroll tax updates and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

    • Generate detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to track payroll tax data and trends.

    • Provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring smooth operations.

    Requirements

    • Experience in processing and paying payroll taxes, reporting and filing W2s, reporting and filing with individual states as well as 941 filings.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage payroll operations.
