About the Role

We’re hiring an Investor Services Associate to join a highly respected private equity firm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, thrives on solving complex challenges, and excels at managing multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in investor operations, reporting, communications, and data integrity—while also contributing to technology upgrades and continuous process improvements across the platform.

What You’ll Do

Investor Reporting

+ Prepare and distribute quarterly/annual reports, capital account statements, and fund financials.

Operations & Communication

+ Monitor shared inboxes and manage investor communications.

+ Support onboarding for new funds and investors.

Data & Systems

+ Maintain accurate investor records across CRM and fund accounting platforms.

+ Assist with system enhancements and technology rollouts (Investorflow, Allvue, Sensr).

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

+ Work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and external consultants on ad hoc and strategic initiatives.

Compliance

+ Coordinate AML/KYC documentation and tax form collection with third‑party administrators.

Continuous Improvement

+ Identify opportunities to streamline reporting templates, enhance workflows, and improve investor portal UX.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field

+ 3+ years of experience in investor services or a comparable function

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email and virtual‑meeting etiquette

+ Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM systems and fund accounting platforms

+ Ability to quickly learn new technologies and contribute to process and workflow improvements

+ Experience supporting or leading system implementations is a plus
