Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives for mid-sized and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to enhance their business operations, optimize processes, and drive impactful transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies for clients to support their organizational goals.

• Evaluate and optimize operating models to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.

• Design and implement tailored data analytics and business intelligence solutions to address complex challenges.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align client objectives with actionable outcomes.

• Conduct IT due diligence to assess systems and recommend improvements.

• Develop organization design structures to enhance team performance and operational effectiveness.

• Optimize finance and accounting processes to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

• Utilize tools such as Jira to track progress and manage workflows effectively.

• Coordinate enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives to enhance operational capabilities

Requirements • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.

• PMP Certification is required.

• Expertise in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
