    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Machine Learning/AI Engineer to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on designing and developing scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence models that help organizations streamline operations, gain business insights, and innovate across services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to build, deploy, and maintain advanced ML/AI solutions that address real-world challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for various business applications, from natural language processing to predictive analytics.

    + Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to acquire data, define project requirements, and implement robust solutions.

    + Integrate ML models into cloud platforms and existing product infrastructures.

    + Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance with a focus on scalability, reliability, and accuracy.

    + Assist in the creation of new data pipelines, automation systems, and APIs that enhance data-driven decision-making.

    + Document processes, models, and workflows and provide support and training to peers as needed.

    + Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend best practices and tools.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    + Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) and proficiency in Python or similar languages.

    + Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

    + Strong understanding of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.

    + Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and deployment of ML models in production environments.

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
