    Description We are looking for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join our team in New Brighton, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of benefits operations, audits, billing, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, leave management, and vendor coordination, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular audits of eligibility, deductions, and retroactivity, resolving exceptions and recommending preventive measures.

    • Monitor file feeds and exception queues, collaborating with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

    • Reconcile monthly vendor invoices, addressing variances and securing credits or adjustments as needed.

    • Maintain comprehensive billing calendars and prepare accrual inputs and variance reports for financial teams.

    • Coordinate leave and disability intake processes, confirming eligibility and tracking return-to-work milestones.

    • Support annual enrollment activities, including configuration testing, communication logistics, and post-enrollment cleanup.

    • Process life event changes and corrections, addressing teammate inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

    • Prepare meeting notes, vendor documentation, and action logs while maintaining organized records in shared repositories.

    • Assist in compliance efforts by maintaining standard operating procedures and evidence logs, as well as supporting audit and filing activities.

    • Uphold data security standards and ensure adherence to company policies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, with hands-on exposure to billing, invoicing, and leave management in a multi-state setting.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as lookups and pivot tables.

    • Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and basic reporting techniques.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

    • Knowledge of FMLA, leave administration processes, and multi-state benefits workflows.

    • Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate documentation.
