    Part-Time Contract Bookkeeper – Bilingual Spanish (Service Company) | Burlingame, CA | 4–8 Week Assignment

     

    Our client, a well-established service company in Burlingame, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) part-time Bookkeeper on a contract basis for a 4–8 week assignment. This role is approximately 20 hours per week and requires strong QuickBooks experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable and receivable

    + Manage general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements

    + Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing

    + Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks

    + Support payroll and expense reporting as needed

    + Communicate with vendors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of bookkeeping experience; service industry preferred

    + Proficient with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required

    + Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

    Additional Details:

    + 4–8 week contract, approximately 20 hours per week

    + Onsite in Burlingame, CA

    + Flexible schedule
