    Description

    An established operations-based company in Fallbrook is seeking an experienced Operations Dispatcher to coordinate schedules, manage real-time communication, and ensure efficient deployment of field personnel. This role plays a critical part in daily operations and requires strong decision-making skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Dispatch field staff based on schedules, service needs, and priority levels

    + Monitor ongoing operations and adjust assignments as needed throughout the day

    + Serve as the central communication hub between field teams, customers, and internal departments

    + Track job progress, arrival times, and completion updates

    + Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and service logs

    + Address urgent issues promptly while maintaining operational efficiency

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of dispatching, logistics coordination, or operations experience

    + Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

    + Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence

    + Comfortable working with scheduling software, GPS systems, or dispatch platforms

    + Ability to stay calm and organized in time-sensitive situations
