Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead marketing initiatives while working closely with a growing team. The role involves overseeing digital strategies, managing a small team, and driving brand development within an evolving eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance and training to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with executives and external groups to develop and execute high-level marketing strategies.
• Oversee the company's website operations, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with SEO goals.
• Direct marketing programs, campaigns, and designers to achieve brand awareness and business objectives.
• Manage digital advertising initiatives, including in-house and external partnerships, to optimize performance.
• Shape and implement strategies for eCommerce growth, with long-term opportunities to expand leadership responsibilities.
• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to monitor and refine marketing efforts.
• Develop innovative approaches for B2B marketing and brand positioning.
• Coordinate efforts to bring media and digital capabilities in-house while maintaining external product-related SEO partnerships.
• Ensure day-to-day marketing operations are streamlined and effective. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategies and eCommerce.
• Strong expertise in SEO, digital advertising, and website management.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics to analyze performance and drive improvements.
• Background in B2B marketing and brand development.
• Experience working in industries such as automotive or eCommerce is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
