Description
We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Webster, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and attentive communication with clients and visitors while managing essential administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area to uphold a positive company image.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Operate switchboard systems with multiple lines, ensuring timely and accurate call transfers.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document management when required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate seamless workflow and collaboration.
Requirements • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is required.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards with up to 10 lines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
