    Description

    Our client, a well-established organization in San Diego, CA, is seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple HR functions, drive employee engagement, and help shape a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires

    + Administer benefits and compensation programs

    + Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

    + Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

    + Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and procedures

    + Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities

    + Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

    + Experience with HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
