Description We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Information Technology team in New York, New York. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our global network infrastructure, with an emphasis on Palo Alto firewall management. The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively contribute to both security and networking projects.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain network connectivity across datacenters, offices, and trading partner infrastructure.

• Implement and manage network appliances, with a focus on Palo Alto firewalls.

• Monitor network performance and promptly address issues in a live trading environment.

• Create and maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and change management processes.

• Collaborate with the security team to ensure network controls and safety measures are effectively implemented.

• Provide on-call and weekend support as part of a rotation schedule when necessary.

• Work across network and security teams to address overlapping needs and responsibilities. Requirements • Proven experience with Cisco routers and networking devices.

• Extensive knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration and management.

• Familiarity with Cisco ASA systems and their applications.

• Strong understanding of network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Ability to document network configurations and changes effectively.

• Experience supporting networks in high-pressure environments, such as live trading.
