    The Electrical Engineering Manager leads a dynamic engineering team in designing, maintaining, and developing new products for electrical switchgear systems used in power distribution and industrial applications.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

    + Collaborate with sales, production, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and switchgear designs comply with NEC and IEC standards.

    + Interact with electrical distributors during witness tests and design schematics to meet application requirements.

    + Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, addressing all aspects of product application, performance, compliance, and providing solutions to complex customer problems.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

    + 3+ years of experience in engineering management.

    + 5+ years of experience in electrical controls design.

    + Proficient in AutoCAD, power distribution, NEC, IEC standards, power systems, project management, electrical design, wiring diagrams, testing circuits, SAP, control panels, high voltage, low voltage, SolidWorks, panel design, medium voltage, PLCs, PLC control, and schema.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in electrical testing design.

    + Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.

    + Proven ability in coaching and development of team members.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in an electrical manufacturing environment within a stunning building. The team is expanding to two sites, with a focus on both low voltage and switchgear systems. The position offers the opportunity to work on large contracts and collaborate within a growing team.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Corona, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
