+ PAY: $60-63 an hour depending on experience
+ SCHEDULE: Hybrid/Remote flexibility (when converted, it is fully onsite)
Job Description:
+ Design and execute research projects to improve workplace experience.
+ Generate and analyze surveys; design upfront research to answer business questions.
+ Triangulate sentiment-based data with operational data (sales, occupancy).
+ Develop analysis plans and utilize various platforms for data analysis.
+ Collaborate with other research scientists and stakeholders.
+ Work independently with flexible scheduling (minimum 30 hours/week).
Typical Tasks:
+ Define core projects and hypotheses.
+ Create surveys for new datasets; collaborate on existing datasets.
+ Perform heavy analysis and usability testing.
+ Weekly syncs with research scientists; optional biweekly team meetings.
MUST HAVES:
+ PhD or Master’s degree + 4+ years of quantitative field research experience.
+ Strong coding skills: SQL required; ability to use Python/R or similar for data analysis
+ Experience designing and developing surveys
+ Experience applying scientific principles to business problems and analyzing experimental/observational data sets
NICE TO HAVES:
+ Experience with large datasets.
+ Familiarity with AWS tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $63.00/hr.
