Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

+ Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play an integral role in assembling small to mid-sized snow blowers and lawnmowers.

+ In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and meet production deadlines, working alongside a supportive team.

+ The role includes a three-day orientation for training, with a focus on on-the-job learning.

+ 1st shift hours Monday-Thursday with optional overtime on Fridays!

+ $20/hour starting out with long term room for growth!

Responsibilities

+ Gather and inspect parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts.

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble components like auger housings for snow blowers, deck assemblies for lawn mowers, and handlebar control systems.

+ Verify alignment, torque specifications, and fit to ensure compliance with standards.

+ Follow standard work instructions and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies.

+ Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and equipment operation.

+ Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hand and power tools is preferred, but not required.

+ Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours continuously.

+ Manual dexterity for positioning parts and performing fine manipulations.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior assembly or blueprint experience is preferred, but not required.

+ Experience with shop classes, woodworking, assembling furniture, or DIY projects is beneficial.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without becoming overly stressed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brillion, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
