Job Title: Assembly Operator** **Job Description
Join our dynamic assembly team to work on various sections of building PCB boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems. Use tools such as gages, calipers, and soldering irons to ensure the highest standards of quality. Your role will also include software handling and uploads on smartphones for viewing purposes.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble small, complex mechanical components.
+ Build hardware products and electronics.
+ Maintain dust-free PCB boards and workstations.
+ Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
+ Follow assembly documentation accurately.
+ Communicate ideas and problems clearly to technicians and engineers.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in assembling small, complex mechanical components.
+ Experience or willingness to learn soldering.
+ Ability to execute verbal and written instructions accurately.
+ Capability to work in a collaborative team environment.
+ Maintain clean and orderly workstations.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or IT background.
+ Experience with NPI production, assembly repair, and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with circuit board assembly and soldering.
+ Interest and passion in drone manufacturing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
