Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Fabricator

1st shift - $30-$35/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our Maintenance department. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing components and equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. You will ensure that all fabricated equipment meets safety, food safety, quality, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

+ Fabricate, assemble, and install components and equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

+ Perform welding, cutting, bending, and machining of metal and other materials to create parts and assemblies.

+ Inspect and ensure that all fabricated equipment meets safety, food safety, quality, and industry standards.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in fabrication and blueprint reading

+ Expertise in TIG welding, MIG welding, and general welding techniques

+ Strong troubleshooting skills

+ Experience as a maintenance technician

+ Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs
