Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Lead for the 1st Shift from 8am to 4pm. As the third person in the warehouse, you will play a critical role in organizing and leading the team. This position involves managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking and packing products, overseeing shipping and receiving duties, and ensuring quality assurance. You will also operate a forklift for loading and unloading products. Our environment encourages independence and ownership of work, with a focus on maintaining productivity even during slower periods.
Responsibilities
+ Organize and lead the warehouse team.
+ Manage day-to-day operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
+ Perform shipping and receiving duties such as printing labels and scanning bar codes.
+ Ensure quality assurance and palletize shipments for pickup.
+ Operate a forklift to load and unload products as needed.
+ Maintain a high level of organization and detail orientation.
+ Provide professional and respectful feedback.
+ Interact with clients picking up orders, ensuring professionalism.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months of previous warehouse experience.
+ Good tenure with previous employers.
+ Experience in FedEx shipping and receiving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Sit-down forklift experience is preferred but not required.
+ Skills in inventory control, material handling, and RF scanning.

Work Environment
The warehouse is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and organized, with a showroom up front displaying hockey equipment and attire. Hockey enthusiasts will find the environment exciting and engaging. Work on the 1st Shift from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
