    WE'RE ACTIVELY HIRING A CNC LATHE MACHINIST ON FIRST SHIFT TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM IN RIVIERA BEACH, FL!

    Responsibilities

    + Select appropriate tools, load materials, monitor the machining process, inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, and perform routine machine maintenance.

    + Prepare materials for cutting, including measuring, marking, and securing them on the cutting bed.

    + Operate and program CNC precision lathes, specifically those with Okuma controls.

    + Set up tooling, program, and operate Okuma Lathe 2020 with Okuma controls.

    + Read blueprints and work orders; operate drills and grinders.

    + Check parts dimensions with appropriate measuring instruments to ensure that parts meet specifications.

    + Troubleshoot malfunctions in computer-controlled machines.

    + Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

    + Conduct daily or weekly inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues early.

    + Adjust equipment to ensure accurate measurements and operations.

    Details:

    Monday - Friday schedule; first shift
