    Job Description

    Assemblers will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products. You will work with schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material to assemble, rework, and test products. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in electronics and mechanical assembly.

    Responsibilities

    + Rework and reassemble products as specified on applicable documentation.

    + Verify accuracy of instruction documents, including schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material.

    + Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.

    + Use computers for data entry and input serial numbers into the mainframe.

    + Package parts into kits for shipping, label, and package products including manuals and accessories.

    + Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.

    + Perform testing activities including current checks, burn-ins, and operation of Automated Test Equipment.

    + Verify assemblies and subassemblies against applicable documentation.

    + Conduct routine electrical tests, sorting failed assemblies from passed assemblies.

    + Record test data and results.

    + Inform supervisor or lead of discrepancies discovered.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.

    + High attention to detail.

    + Interest in electronics.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
