Job Title: TPM Crew Technician
Job Description
The TPM Crew Technician will perform preventive maintenance on equipment, focusing primarily on simple tasks such as fluid and filter changes, and assisting the Maintenance team. The role involves working a weekend schedule from Friday to Monday, 6AM to 4:30PM.
Responsibilities
+ Perform lubrication and filter changes on machines.
+ Conduct key cleaning and basic preventive maintenance repairs on equipment.
+ Assist the Maintenance team with various tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical skills
+ Preventive maintenance experience
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
+ Mechanical aptitude, such as experience with automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and safe environment with access to CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-access robots, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems. Benefit from training hubs for hands-on equipment experience off the manufacturing floor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
