Job Title: Welder** **Job Description

We are looking for a skilled welder with expertise in MIG and flux core welding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with carbon steel, including grinding, beveling, and tearing down old valves.

Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on carbon steel.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to complete welding projects accurately.

+ Grind and bevel materials as required.

+ Tear down old valves and fabricate using structural steel.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of MIG welding experience.

+ 3+ years of blueprint reading experience.

+ 3+ years of flux core welding experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in welding grinding.

+ Ability to provide own helmet and tools. Gloves and some air tools provided.

+ Familiarity with a variety of large sockets and wrenches.

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, and uniforms are available at the employee's expense upon direct hire. Be prepared for some dirty work in this hands-on role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harmony, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
