    Job Description

    We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing solar‑panel manufacturing operation as machine operators in Jeffersonville, IN, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality‑control procedures, and support high‑efficiency manufacturing processes. New hires will participate in a fully sponsored 2–3 month technical training program in China, working directly with experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience in solar‑panel assembly, machine operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long‑term career in the clean‑energy industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.

    + Perform routine tasks to support manufacturing flow.

    + Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.

    + Work with your team to keep production moving.

    + Help keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Machine operation experience is a must.

    + General production and assembly skills.

    + Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.

    + Proficient in using a tape measure, CNC, and troubleshooting.

    + Familiarity with calipers and press brake.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Some manufacturing experience.

    + Comfortable operating basic tools or machinery.

    + Ability to communicate well with teammates.

    + Comfortable with tools and familiar with computers.

    + Attention to quality and safety.

    + Willingness to learn and grow.

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working in a brand new manufacturing facility, which is still being built. The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, as per your preference. The company offers a fast-paced yet supportive environment, with opportunities for travel and cultural experiences. The dress code is casual, and the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.
